Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you change your mind, you can request cancellation for your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply email admin@123tuition.in and include your email ID (which you will have received upon booking) along with the phone number you registered with. Alternatively, you can call our support line +91 117 127 9596.
  • Additionally, 123 tuition provides a trial period of 15 days. If you are not satisfied with your service within this time you may request to cancel your order via the methods outlined above.
  • Cancellations and refunds will be processed only if the request is made via email to admin@123tuition.in or calling on 
    +91 117 127 9596 within 15 days of enrolment.
